Welcome to InstaPrime ("we", "our", "the App"). By downloading, installing, accessing or using this application you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. About the Service
InstaPrime is a coin-based digital rewards application. Users purchase in-app coins and redeem them for digital rewards, in-app items and utility features offered inside the App. Coins are virtual credits, hold no cash value and are non-refundable once redeemed.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use InstaPrime. By using the App you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally permitted to enter into these terms.
3. Account & Security
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials, coin balance and profile information confidential. Any activity performed through your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
4. Coins & Purchases
Coins are a virtual, non-transferable credit used only inside InstaPrime. All coin purchases are processed by our authorised payment partners. Coin package prices, bonus amounts and redemption rates may change at any time without prior notice. Coins already credited to your wallet remain valid subject to these terms.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to (a) use the App for any unlawful, abusive or fraudulent activity; (b) attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or interfere with the App; (c) submit content that infringes third-party rights; (d) attempt to obtain coins by deceptive, automated or unauthorised means. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules and forfeit related coin balances.
6. Reward Delivery
Delivery of digital rewards depends on internal availability and, where applicable, on third-party fulfilment services. Delivery time, quantity and quality are estimates and are not guaranteed. InstaPrime is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any third-party platform whose name may incidentally appear inside a reward description.
7. Refunds
Coin purchases are non-refundable once credited to your wallet. If a paid coin redemption fails to start, we will restore the equivalent coins to your wallet within a reasonable time. Refund and coin-restore requests must be raised through in-app support.
8. Intellectual Property
All App content, trademarks, branding and code are owned by InstaPrime or its licensors. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, InstaPrime is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or from any loss of coin balance caused by misuse or unauthorised access.
10. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version becomes effective when posted in the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
